Account Manager

Revere is expanding our team! We are seeking a contract-to-hire Account Manager to manage ongoing client relationships across a variety of engagements. We have a distributed remote workforce with a home base in Vancouver, WA.

At Revere, the delivery of exceptional client service is paramount to our values, positioning, and organizational ethos. Account Manager manages new and ongoing client accounts by facilitating ongoing communication between the client, and Revere’s creative and client experience teams. It’s a creative, relationship-driven, and strategic position. You will build and implement strategies that support brand activation, development, and growth while fostering relationships with clients and internal teams. Great for people with customer service mindsets who also understand processes, timelines, and communication.


Core Responsibilities
  • Manage new and ongoing client relationships – excellent interpersonal skills and ability to quickly take on clients independently required
  • Development of design, marketing, and growth plans.
  • Build groundwork for scope of work, proposals, marketing recommendations, and estimates.
  • Monitor budgets and scope of work, which may include: overall project budget, use of project hours.
  • Research and help generate new business.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming and idea development for Revere’s clients.
  • Hear a client’s concerns and help mitigate them.
  • Hear (and help craft) the agency perspective and communicate that perspective when needed.
  • Bring strong collaboration, listening and communication skills.
  • Work through challenges and conflicts with a positive attitude.
  • Hear feedback and share feedback respectfully.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Work within our project management software.
  • Professional instincts and intuition should be part of your background.
  • Must have strong relationship-building abilities as well as excellent communication skills.
  • Be aligned with Revere’s values 
  • 2-5 years experience in agency account management preferred. Revere will ask for references to contact (both client and colleague references).
  • Must have strong relationship-building abilities as well as excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, with at least 2+ years working in a client-facing industry
  • Experience with MacOS and Google Workspace required, CRM and productivity/project management software (Asana, Slack, Harvest, etc) a plus.
  • Professional instincts and intuition should be part of your background.
  • Knowledge of general business growth and development trends and strategies.
